About JP Carpet Cleaning Expert Floor Care

How JP got started

JP Carpet Cleaning Expert Floor Care started out 20 years ago offering just carpet and upholstery cleaning, but has expanded over time to become a full-service floor care company that provides a range of services like hardwood cleaning and refinishing, stone restoration, tile and grout cleaning, and more.

Peter and Jackie run every job

JP Floor Care has been cleaning and restoring floors across Los Angeles since 2007. We're a family-owned business - Peter and Jackie run every job personally - and we're IICRC certified in carpet, tile, and hardwood care. No subcontractors. No upsells. Just honest work and real results.

How we clean

We use hot water extraction at 200 degrees with filtered, softened water and Green Seal certified, plant-based cleaning solutions that are safe for kids, pets, and people with chemical sensitivities. Our methods are eco-friendly and use EPA Safer Choice products: non-toxic, hypoallergenic, safe for kids and pets, your family, and the environment.

One company for all your floors

The company prides itself on providing outstanding customer service throughout the process, keeping clients informed every step of the way. Its goal is to make life easier for customers by being the one company they can rely on for all their flooring and countertop cleaning and restoration needs.
