Water Damage Restoration

Fast response protects the floor

Pet accidents that soak into the pad and subfloor are one thing; a leak is another. Water left sitting in seams warps wood, and moisture trapped under carpet brings odors back after surface drying. Extraction and drying - including sub-surface extraction where the pad is soaked - address the water where it actually sits.

Care that goes beyond the job

One client tells the story best: he was out of town when a water leak was found during his wood floor job. Peter found it, called a plumber, went to the store for buckets, set up a fan to dry everything, and essentially saved the floors before the job even started. That's the standard of care we bring to water damage work.
