What we do

One crew for every floor in your home

We handle everything: carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile and grout, hardwood refinishing, stone restoration, area rug pickup and delivery, regrouting, and water damage response - for residential and commercial clients throughout Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.

Carpet Cleaning

Hot water extraction at 200 degrees with filtered, softened water and Green Seal certified, plant-based solutions. Deep soil, stains, and allergens pulled out of the pile - most homes done in 1 to 3 hours, dry in 4 to 6.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

High-pressure rotary cleaning lifts embedded dirt out of porous grout lines that mopping can't reach, with optional sealing to help slow future staining. Kitchens, bathrooms, and floors look like new again.

Stone Restoration

Marble, travertine, terrazzo, saltillo, and concrete restored - etch marks, scratches, and stains worked out, chips and cracks repaired, then polished and sealed to protect the finish.

Area Rug Cleaning

A separate rug program with pickup and delivery: hand-guided tools for wool, silk, and shag rugs, machine-assisted cleaning for synthetic and large rugs, and a written condition report before any water touches the piece.

Upholstery Cleaning

Sofas, sectionals, and dining chairs hold the same dust, oils, and pet dander as carpet. We read the fabric care code first and clean with Green Seal certified products - easy to add to a carpet appointment.

What your neighbors are saying

“

On time, reliable and they get the job done. My carpets haven't been done in 2 years. I wanted to have the carpets cleaned before the holidays. They were available when I needed them. Very professional and the carpets are cleaned. Thank you.

Kim Russo

“

They mostly did tile and grout cleaning but also did an area rug. They were very neat and clean. They were also very polite and respectful. They did an amazing job. The tile floors never looked so good. Even better than the day they were installed some 15 years ago. We will definitely be calling them again to keep our house looking great.
